Isn’t the PTO just about fundraising?

Fundraising is a big part of what we do but not all. Check out the impact you can help make.
Come to our next meeting, contact us through Facebook or our website.
You can just volunteer. Join our email distribution list to find out about opportunities.
You can! All mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins are welcome to volunteer at PTO events during non-school hours. Events taking place during school hours will require a CORI check.

By Getting Involved...
Your child benefits
When parents get connected to the school, children do better.
We make a difference
We provide support, resources and create learning opportunities.
We honor your time constraints
An hour or two a semester really makes a difference.
We have fun
We accomplish a lot and enjoy ourselves along the way.
Meet nice people who share your concerns
We all have a common bond and care about creating the best possible educational experience for our children.
There’s a lot to be done
Schools are asked to do more with less and our help is needed more than ever.
We match jobs to your interests & abilities
We encourage creative ideas, and we’re thrilled to have people take on tasks that meet their skills and interests.
We’re about parent involvement, not fundraising
In times of tight budgets, parent groups everywhere are having to fill the gaps, but our number one goal is to get more parents connected to the school.
We’re welcoming
We are parents who have come together to work toward common goals.
This work is very rewarding
There are lots of rewards, both big and small.
